GetShipped grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the purchased code for personal and commercial projects. You may use the code to build unlimited websites and applications for yourself or your clients. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the source code as a standalone product, template, or boilerplate.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed the private repository. Once repository access has been granted, the purchase is considered final. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
GetShipped is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the product at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GetShipped or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

You are solely responsible for the content, products, and services you create using GetShipped. We are not responsible for any user-generated content or how you choose to use the code.
7. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time as the product evolves. Any price changes will not affect existing purchases — your license is perpetual from the date of purchase.

Lifetime updates are included with your purchase. We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain backward compatibility but cannot guarantee it for all updates.
